Ingredients
- 1 Cup moong dal
- ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp salt
- Oil for deep frying
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
- Firstly soak 1 cup moong dal in enough water for 4-5 hours and add a pinch of baking powder and mix everything well.
- Once soaked well, Drain off the excess water completely.
- Spread the soaked moong dal on a muslin cloth for 30 minutes to 1 hours to absorb water.

Store well 2-3 Months in Air Tight Container.
