Instructions
  1. Heat ½ cup of ghee and roast it the  5 Almonds (according to availability you canused it the quantity and Raisin, Cashew).
  2. Fry the dry nuts till the golden brown and keep aside.
  3. Now in pan, add in grated lauki and sauté for5-7 minutes.
  4.  Saute till the lauki shrinks slightly and changes colour.
  5.  Add in ½ cup milk and mix well.
  6. Again the ½ cup milk and mix well.
  7. Cook until the 10 minutes or till milk thickensand lauki gets cooked completely.
  8. Further add in ¾ cup sugar and mix well .Add the Cardoman 3-4 in number.
  9. Sugar melts and boil for 5 minutes or till it thickens.
  10. Now, Add a 1 teaspoons ghee.
  11. Add in khoya into lauki mixture and mix well.(Ifyou don’t have khoya, then you can used it the Milk Powder or Malai)
  12. Keep stirring till the mixture thickens and forms a mass.
  13. Then, Sprinkle the Roasted Almonds and serve thehot Lauki ka Halwa.
