Instructions
GARLIC DOUGH RECIPE
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take All purpose flour, Sugar, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Yoghurt and Oil. Mix it Well.
Now, Add Milk. Mix it Well.
Further, Cover the dough and Greased with Oil. Rest it 2 Hours.
GARLIC BREAD RECIPE
For making garlic bread, take it plate or pan. Brush it Oil. Keep Aside.
In a small Bowl, Add the Butter, Crushed Garlic and Chopped Coriander. Mix it Well.
Now, Start to knead the dough for 5-7 Minutes.
Spread the dry flour and Roll a dough with pin( Belan). Roll it Thick.
Spread the prepared garlic butter all over the dough.
Apply the Mozzarella Cheese, on the half part of the dough.
Season the mixed herbs and Chili Flakes on the half part of the dough.
Now, Fold it half and seal the edges. Placed it loaf over the oil greased pan/plate.
Furthermore, brush the amount of prepared garlic butter on top of the portion.
Also top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
Make marks over the bread without cutting them fully.
For making an kadai, placed a wired stand and pre heat it 15 minutes on a medium flame.
Later, Placed a bread and cook in a low medium heat 20-25 minutes.
Now, Garlic Bread is ready to serve. Cut the garlic bread into pieces. Serve it.
